    Outstanding service, quick, professional, courteous, and friendly.
    I was amazed at the difference between these people and OPSM, chalk and cheese and I saved a swag of money and picked up a second set of prescription bifocal polarised sunglass into the bargain.
    Will never go anywhere else.

    Ask for Marcus to assist you, he was great. Would have been better if he was able to attend to our actual final fitting and collection rather than being passed off to someone else.

    Fantastic service by all staff. Doesn’t matter who is working, the service at Specsavers Sunbury is always of a very high calibre. Great range of glasses and contacts to choose from.

    Both my husband and I visited recently. The Optometrist was great however we felt very pressured to spend more money than we wanted to by the sales staff. Additionally, I received poor advice on the sort of frames that are suitable for multifocals and so find my new glasses mostly unusable. Lastly, they messed up my husband's glasses order by leaving a whole section of the prescription out and he had to go back a week later. This was very inconvenient for him due to his work commitments. Definitely would not go there again.

    Skin on the face and ears are obviously more sensitive than skin on your staff's fingers
    They should take more care as to not hand customers hot frames during a fitting!
    And not tell me that it's not hot in their hands when it has left a very clear mark on my face from being far too hot!!!
