Classes include circuit training, Muay Thai kick boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappling. The husband and wife duo of Troy and Megan are driven by their desire to make their members feel at home and achieve their best. Be part of the family and try something new!

He is great at setting a clear overview of what we're learning, giving good break-downs of how to do everything step by step and why we're doing it. Everyone I have rolled with has been technically challenging and chilled at the same time, even the 1 & 2 stripe white belts.

Has a wide range of classes available both during the day and evenings.
Classes are very well taught by Troy and are suitable for both beginners and for the more experienced.

His passion and care is evident and the way he runs his children's classes is excellent. The moves are suitable and relevant. Choosing a martial arts instructor is not an easy decision, especially when there is children involved as well because you only have one chance of them being taught. However I can 100% say we made the right decision by choosing Troy & limitless.
