  Went in the Sunbury VicRoads office and dealt with a foul bitter woman called Monique. She was rude, condescending and lacked basic customer service skills. Just because you work for the government it does not mean you have to slack off at work Monique. The other 2 girls in there were lovely, it was just Monique who has a negative and toxic attitude. I will certainly be taking this complaint about her further to senior management. She should be fired. Monique, if you hate your life then please quit your job, there are other well mannered and customer focused people out there that can take you role at Vic Roads and do a much better job!

  The office manager is a rude unsympathetic person. Speaks to people like they are sub human and has a disgraceful attitude, will definitely be putting in a complaint online. Do yourself a favour love and go do night packing in a supermarket where people skills aren’t a priority!

  Absolutely terrible customer service
  I had made an appointment the first time to get my horse float reregistered as I forgot to pay it
  Was told everything was fine except as there were new laws that I needed my vin number stamped into the trailer
  
  Had this done and made another app
  I arrived 10 min late for my app at 1040 as I was unwell plus encountered road works the lady at the front counter told me I would have to wait possibly until after lunch until she could get to it
  They proceeded to inspect the float at 12 then told me I would have to go buy reflectors to stick to my guards which I was not told I needed at my prior app
  Came back to the office she told me to go wait outside until she had time to get to it
  
  Mind you I have my 4 year old throwing tantrums at this point because his hungry
  The lack of compassion and people skills were appalling. Hope you find some happy pills Monique or better yet get a job that makes you happy because your obviously miserable in this job!

  i had my drive test in sunbury today with sandy. she was very nice and her instruction were very clear. the lady at counter was very polite aswell. very good customer service.

  I went for a registration on 31/8/23।. Receptionist ? EDEN /EVAN was extremely condesending, rude , berating, racist and unhelpful. I put a complaint to office manager, Manager never got back to me. REMEMBER YOU ARE PAID FROM TAX PAYERS MONEY.
  We usually go to Bundoora office, Even though its super busy staff is friendly, welcoming and super helpful.

  Worst experience from Vicroad Sunbury. They said we are taking only appointment because of covid exposure. But same time the lady at gate allowed another person to go in because he had only quick enquire.
  Well I had same enquire as well.
  If they accepting appointment only it should be same for everyone.
  Not like that, just choose people

  Execellent service,very professional,so politeand friendly staffs,takes only 5 minutes for our service,also plenty of car parking,Thanks alot SUNBURY VICROADS TEAMS. A+++++++

  Instructor Phoebe was great. She was polite, patient and gave clear instructions during the driving test. The entire staff is welcoming, caring and helpful.

  I took the test with an examiner name Charu. She was so rude. She did not know how to give instructions in a good manners. She made me nervous . She gave me mean feedback and even she did not marked right things in test not even a single thing. She just demotivated me. She just wants to fail people. Trust me guys, beware from Charu . I will also do an official review on website. Except her all other Staff members are so good, polite and great.

  Had very bad experience with this scam vicroads, They fail you in drive test,so I don't advise go there to past your driving test. Also Sunshine is same as manager is same. No point to complain,they even say so. Find another place for driving test if you want licence on time.
