  in response to your reply to the review I gave you, the builder was paid by your company to put right what you could not or would not. the brick work may be out but that is why you came out to measure and make the frame to fit It made sense to me that you would take into account any issues with the frame and if you could not do the job you should admit it and I would have gone elsewhere. the 2 cm was a spelling mistake should have been 1/2 cm, just shows you your customer care levels with your sarcastic comment at the end. sorry I ever did business with you
